Our updated pool home, located less than 10 minutes to the beach, is ideally positioned a few minutes in any direction to restaurants, shopping and entertainment, making it the perfect home base for your visit.
The lush backyard features a heated pool offering family fun year round, and the spacious living room provides a relaxing space to stream a movie or play some games after a busy day.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and a coffee station.

This tastefully decorated home has queen beds in each of the three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. A Pack ‘n Play is available as well if you are traveling with an infant. For anyone who needs to catch up on some work during their stay there is a computer desk in the second bedroom.
Guests also have access to the washer and dryer.

There is a very small step outside the front door.

There is plenty of driveway and street for up to three cars.

We are available via phone or text and our local co-host is just down the street and available in person if needed.

Although everything is nearby you will probably need a car during your stay.

$20/day charge to heat the pool ($120 max charge)

We have some child safety features at this home, including a lockable safety fence around the pool and available cabinet locks. A pack n play is in the bedroom closet for your use, but please provide your own fitted sheet for it.

If you will have an infant or small child who will be using the pack n play or sharing a bed, they do not count towards the six guest limit, however we ask that you let us know they will be part of your group.

NO CABLE TV. You can stream any of your accounts on the living room smart TV.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
