This charming flamingo-themed studio flat with kitchenette is just 4 miles to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach!  A perfect spot for a couple's getaway or a friends' weekend, this flat is snuggled between Dunedin/Clearwater and St Pete. Our guests often comment on how everything is so close. Nature lovers can visit our many parks, the Botanical Gardens, as well as restaurants, grocery stores and much more.

Worry-free packing is a bonus as we provide all the essentials for a short retreat including beach towels and suntan lotion. Feel like staying in? The kitchenette is equipped with an air fryer, portable induction hot plate, blender and microwave to whip up a tasty meal. Sleep comfortably on our cozy queen-sized bed after a day at the beach. Rejuvenate in the bathroom with our resort-style double showerhead and shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser.

Take a stroll down the boardwalk path into our unique butterfly garden featuring various species for your viewing pleasure. Use our grill and seating for a cookout on the deck surrounded by tropical foliage and flowers.

So many of our guests enjoy the bikes (that we supply) to go on the Pinellas Trail that is just around the corner from the Flat. Another amenity includes a rolling beach cart with umbrella and chairs.

The St Pete Airport is literally 9.0 miles, and Tampa bay international is 21 miles. Getting to Tampa, and all it has to offer, is about the same, 24 miles. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
